Just a quick one about Holidays. If my day off fell on a bank holiday would I be entitled to have another day off that same week? Also, Boxing Day falls on a Saturday this year and there's going to get a substitute day of a Monday so do we all get the Saturday and Monday off??

Monday will basically become the bank holiday on Xmas week. You are entitled to another day off the same week if your rest day is a bank holiday but only if the managers can fit in another day off for you, it's not your choice there I'm afraid. However if they can't offer you another day off that week then it is your choice whether you take a day in lieu or take a bank holiday rest day payment of the value of hours you would have worked that day.
