Employee survey : Action plan deadline
All teams should now be developing their action plans based on the employee survey results. Managers should upload plans to the online reporting tool Archway by Friday 31 July.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

sat down with the Dom and WPC today and worked out what we are going to do about the four worse results of the survey.
most of ours stems down to having 7 vacancies in an office of 24 walks.
this will be sorted out in the near future as we have been promised 6 more PT staff ( we currently have 1 only )
to be fair to our Dom, he has not been with us long and a lot of what was said it based on previous Dom mainly.

Avery limited amount of our results were posted just above knee height on a notice board with yorks left in front of it.

No mention of it in my office either............but then we didn't fill them in so that might be a reason.

Two weeks ago we were told that the survey results for our office would be on the wall by the time we got back that day.
Still no sign of it!!
