Employee survey : Action plan deadline
All teams should now be developing their action plans based on the employee survey results. Managers should upload plans to the online reporting tool Archway by Friday 31 July.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Employee survey : Action plan deadline
sat down with the Dom and WPC today and worked out what we are going to do about the four worse results of the survey.
most of ours stems down to having 7 vacancies in an office of 24 walks.
this will be sorted out in the near future as we have been promised 6 more PT staff ( we currently have 1 only )
to be fair to our Dom, he has not been with us long and a lot of what was said it based on previous Dom mainly.

The employee survey showed up royal mail, for their diabolical treatment towards the staff..... royal mail should be ashamed for their abysmal draconian work loads forced onto staff...,

Not a word mentioned in our office about survey. To busy absorbing uncovered walks for all that nonsense.

Re: Employee survey : Action plan deadline
No mention of it in my office either............but then we didn't fill them in so that might be a reason.
Of course it might also be the reason why the senior boys are all crawling over everything in my office.

Re: Employee survey : Action plan deadline
Two weeks ago we were told that the survey results for our office would be on the wall by the time we got back that day.
Still no sign of it!!

Have your say.
I put better basic wage
Fairness with walks
None of this will be addressed
