what should i do?

Post by RetroJunkie »

about a month ago now my manager assured me my fulltime contract had gone through and was in the hands of the DSM.

so having now waited a month and still being in the same position, what would you think has possibly happened, would you contact the union again?

i dont want to continue to pester management as i know its not in there hands, i also dont want to wait aimlessly for nothing to happen.

any help would be great :thumbup

Asking your manager if he or she has heard anything after a month is hardly pestering them. Just ask - that's what they're there for.
