I still have 1 weeks holiday left to book. Manager says all holiday weeks booked.
there are others in the office in the same situation. can we insist when we take this holiday entitlement

If its part of your statutory leave - yes they will be breaking the law.

If its not then bang in a greviance anyway, especially if you have paid for it through POAL.

At the very least get the local rep on to it, if they do nothing go higher and contact branch.

i've known quite a few people moan about this, mainly reserves who usually accrue an extra week or so over the year, non will try to enforce it though, along with other issues they are entitled to.
don't even think they ask our rep either
