frame full of mail not delivered

Not sure where to post this so hope it's in the right place

Could someone tell me what is meant to happen if the office is short staffed it happened today and 2 frames worth of mail hasn't been delivered. Thanks

Managers are supposed to report it and it goes down as failed mail. They probably won't report it though

Brush and carpet i expect its laughable and doubt gets reported too much explaining to be done.on the day we got our £61 our part timer asked the boss for overtime to complete the duty,boss declined and asked why he was so slow?? Hence some mail was brought back!!! A sad and sorry state that you dont see much of in the courier!!! Far removed from world class mail crazy!

That's actually breaking Royal Mail policy taking photos without consent. So beware.

Thanks for the replays there was meant to be managers coming from another office to deliver them but they never turned up and our manager had gone home by the time we finished our rounds

You are no longer required to carry pouches, you should be using a LWT, if you are not, and are caught you can be conduct coded.

If they want to go using the conduct code,then perhaps they should start with all these people we see ,month in month out in the propaganda rag,others call, Courier,who are photographed carrying bags. I will wager they won't though. Funny that.
