At a guess I would say zero, you look at the minimum wage that other unskilled jobs pay, crap pension and no sick pay and you decide to stay where you are in your cushy little job.

Manipulation of figures isn't your problem, complain to the Rep about managers doing posties work, if he does nothing get on to area to remove him and vote a bloke in who will, as for meal breaks, if you have proof this, the manager is breaking the law, you are by law entitled to breaks, get at least one witness to every conversation, get other colleagues to doughnut the manager when he is talking to anyone and voices are raised, it's done wonders in our office, they are very careful what they ask, and what they tell you to do now.
