All site managers, and their top ten customers, must count all containers on site today, as part of our national audit.

We spend more than £17 million on containers ever year and it’s important that we keep track of how many we have in our network and where they are, including those held by customers.

This enables us to plan more efficiently for future requirements and remain competitive in the market.

All containers, including empty ones, are included in the audit and completed audit forms must returned by midday on 30 June 2015.

Large ALP sleeves
Trays
Mini Yorks
Mini ALP Sleeves
A Frames (DORCS)
British Gas Tote Boxes
Rigid Stackable Cages (RSCs)
Folding Stackable Cages (FSCs)
Who is responsible for counting the containers?

Site managers are responsible for co-ordinating the audit on their sites and ensuring that completed forms – even nil returns - are emailed to: national.container.audit@royalmail.com by midday on 30 June 2015.
