Hi all
Does anyone know what the guidelines are for Adhocing scans on the Backshift collections.
The reason I asked is our Manager has removed all my collections from the PDA in preparation for the new collection initiative.
I have been Adhocing now for seven weeks and unfortunately made a couple of scan errors.
When I adhoc a box I was told to watch for the number 1 to show on top of the screen to prove it has gone through.
If he had left my collections on the PDA I would not have made any mistakes.

Re: PDA and Adhocing
The PDA collections route should have stayed on the system until the NEW route had been implementated, simples, the DOM is at fault for changing to Adhoc before it was agreed, so all issues incured fall on their head IMOag000317 wrote:Hi all
