Are there any rounds regularly delivering mail past 3 pm in towns and 4 pm in rurals ?
I was told that all deliveries at to be planned to these specifications.

Yes but mostly in very remote rural areas, most duties should be planned for those times but it's not 100% possible, some Scottish Islands don't get their mail to the delivery offices till after 11am

With all the complaint s on here. I thought all over the country people were out well past their delivery times .

My section at the depot is full of duties that deliver past 3pm, if you follow the indoor 318 schedule before delivery, doing anything vaguely close to your full quota of IPS time (and any work time learning on Tuesdays, nevermind the weekly 30mins national standard) before prepping your duty. Some duties struggle to be delievered by 3pm, even if they completely disregard the indoor 318 and stay on their frame.
