Im sure the lino's get that kind of money but id assume as u go up the food chain ie doms dsms etc they get alot more.
And we get £61 for earning all the profits while wearing our bodies out.

Yeah its 14% of the DOM's salary. It's worked out on on efficiency pretty much, lapsing etc. Which confuses me why so many people take the lapsing and run round to get it done. All for £61.

I reckon the only fair way to do it (so it would obviously never happen) would be to have any bonus schemes calculated as a percentage of salary, for everyone across the whole company.

Moya apparently got a total bonus of an extra 79% on top of her salary last year because of hitting her performance-related targets, according to the recent annual report. Adding our £61 to the £200 Christmas bonus we get, I think it works out at about an extra total bonus of about 1.2% on top of our salary. Sucks.

If they did a decent bonus incentive amount , I bet they'd get a bit more out of there staff, it's not rocket science . The 61 quid was just an insult.

let say 5% of salary bonus for postal workers for example and that is about 1050 pounds if you earn 21,000 a year. think we need to aim for this.
