Dunno who would be the best person to ask at this stage, ive been told by my manager that my full time contract has gone threw and wasn't sure if i would get it this week or next, he told me this the end of last week. What i wanna know is how the contract procedure works, as up untill my fulltime contract takes effect i'm being paid on overtime everyday when in work and not when off, now the last 2 days i haven't signed any overtime mainly due to the fact that the person who does ATask isnt in, and i haven't said anything to management. reason i ask is i could end up with 30 hrs money instead of what would be 42 if it was paid on overtime as i work 6 days.

First point, speak to your manager.
Second point is,NEVER,EVER,trust anything managers say,unless it is backed up in writing.
Thirdly ,Don't give up anything, until point 2 ,above, is in force.
It seems to me that nothing gets done in this organisation ,unless you constantly nag,or make a nuisance of yourself,so they get fed up of you and do what it is you have asked.

Surely not true. My pension deductions vary week by week so I must be paying on my top line and not my contract hours. Also the overtime money is at a higher rate to allow for the dtd payments up until you've worked 39hrs then it reduces again.
