coincidence that our average figures for tracked 1st time delivery in our office has been 90.1 90.2 90.4 90.2 90.1 90.6 90.2 % for the last 7 weeks.
Anyone would think the DOM gets a bonus for it being over 90%

Even going to neighbours you are only going to get rid of 9 out of 10 MAX.
Any more than that is not doing the job right and doorstepping or over the fence .
Doing the job properly not once since on P/L have I cleared all my tracked items, even with trying neighbours

Target nationally is 95%. Your DOM is pulling your leg if you believe it is 99%. Unless you mean doorstep compliance?

However, last week we got 91%

We average around 95/96%. My P&L partner and I clear them probably 50% of days, and that's not trying particularly hard. We never leave anything anywhere unless it's a specific instruction on the label, then the manager takes a photocopy of it so we have proof of a customer tries it on.
