Hi all, please can anyone answer this as I have sent this text twice to my union rep with no reply.I had a major op early Feb and was under the impression that I would receive full pay for six months. Two weeks ago I had my pay stopped. For having to much sick leave within four years. I thought it was within a year. This is the message I sent to my rep."I have just read the new attendance agreement book and not found anything explaining the previous 4 year absence rule.I did however find in the Q&As number 5 "The sick pay and sick pay conditions policy remains unchanged and is not part of this agreement " Can you please forward me the details stating otherwise"
It seems that no reply indicates that I am correct? Please help.
Regards.

Re: Sick pay.
Unfortunately your sick pay is based over a 4 year rolling period,if you have had more than a year off in the last 4 years then you won't get any sick pay.If your rep is not helping get in touch with your branch

Re: Sick pay.
You should still get in touch with your union for advice, you may be entitled to claim statutory sick pay
