Sch pay while off?

We used to get paid twice a year an average of our yearly Schedule Attendance undertakings

I remember a new (improved) system came into play at some point in the last few years.

But it just been highlighted to me that some people are not actually better off.
We have some people who undertake to do more than 12 Sch Att a week.
But while they are off on holiday they only get 12 hrs paid.
Whereas all other members of staff get an average of what they've undertaken the previous 6 weeks before they go on holiday, up to 12 hours.
As only 1or 2 staff do more than 12 hours Sch Att it's only came up by chance.

Is this correct way payments should be getting made?
If someone has a copy of the agreement I would read it over.

These people who work over 12hrs a week S/A ? are they signed into this or are they covering these duties on an adhoc basis?
If the latter then they would not be entitled to this payment until the DUTY holder does not complete any S/A in 8 weeks, then they would be eligible for the payment whilst on holiday, hope this helps, it's in the above mentioned downloads
