Saturday ag staff

Before the revision , we never had any
We re now supposed to have four ( we never have so far )
We one who has stayed
Most turn up have their training , do two or three Saturdays and leave
And this puts the rest of the office under pressure
We have 8 duties on the overtime sheet yesterday and next Saturday
Do other office struggle to keep Saturday ag's
Even our manager knows there us a problem
But because of the lack of recruitment or the fact it takes so long to get a ag employed, causing big problems ( amongst others )

Were sat AG's part and parcel of extra Saturdays off, this didn't affect our soft as sh1t office as when Dom said no we can't have anything but 1 in 6 most never said a word they just grumbled amongst themselves then started even earlier for free, presumably so they'd have time to do more lapsing !

We're two in six off
So the Saturday ag's were needed as more people were off on Saturdays
