What the union got wrong about the bonus...

The amount was never that important, terms and conditions are always far more important than short term bonuses, what they got wrong was falling for the same trap they did with incorporating the final colleagueshare money into the BT agreement, it was a PR trap that the business set for the union and they walked straight into it.

What they really got wrong was failing to understand that RM will try to undermine the union at any opportunity, wake up and smell the coffee Dave....

How is it free money?
There are less staff than ever before earning big bucks for the fat cats off our hard work.

Not exactly a fair comparison in my opinion. John Lewis is owned by its employees who have a say on how it's run. That doesn't apply to RM now does it?

Sadly only a few sports direct staff got it,there's a fair few of them on zero hour contracts.
