He says if I cut off it is will full delay he now says next week he will change me but I want to stay on this walk , can I stay on it and cut off or can he move me? We have no rep so need some advice as everyone else in our office just does as he says

Just cut off or insist you will not work over your time unless he pays up. He is treating you like a mug and you're letting him get away with it. Working to your time and not being able to complete is 100% not wilful delay, he wouldn't have a leg to stand on. Your job is not to complete your unrealistic workload it's to work your scheduled time.

Re: Lapsing/cutting off
Ok many thanks I have now told him to test me as I try neighbours and I know for a fact the idiot who floats doesn't and he runs doing job at least an hour faster than me he is also pt but comes in 50 mins early every day really pissing me off I have told him I will double prep for summer but am also telling him I will only work my hours and will cut off as I can't complete he says he will have to change me as I am being obstruction all which means I will just slow someone else down! There has been no resign but he is saying I am too slow and will take things further if my speed doesn't improve! What can he do?coxie wrote:Just cut off or insist you will not work over your time unless he pays up. He is treating you like a mug and you're letting him get away with it. Let him change you then. What it means is he'll put you on a duty he knows you will be able to complete. The way I put it is, a DOM will tell any lie to whip you into working faster. He may move you or not. All you need do is work your hours.By the way I bet he doesn't test you as you've asked to be tested.Don't let them get to you.matthew68 wrote:Ok many thanks I have now told him to test me as I try neighbours and I know for a fact the idiot who floats doesn't and he runs doing job at least an hour faster than me he is also pt but comes in 50 mins early every day really pissing me off I have told him I will double prep for summer but am also telling him I will only work my hours and will cut off as I can't complete he says he will have to change me as I am being obstruction all which means I will just slow someone else down!
