When are the "have your say" results being posted ?
Are there any new methods being introduced in dealing with points that recur oa regular basis?
Surely not to hard for our CWU leadership to concentrate efforts on the main gripes raised by the staff.
That is of course the ones who actually took the time and effort to complete the survey.

Re: Have your say
The issues we raise year on year will be ignored and glossed over as they are year on year. The issues we usually raise are issues with management style, these unfortunately are the norm in the 21st century.

Re: Have your say
The way they were conducted this year, with free coffee and biscuits and the many spare linos filling them in, I reckon no bad ones got through .Doctored from start to finish.
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

Probably recounting them, because they can't believe how bad they are!

Re: Have your say
I agree, but this is my gripe. When staff raise legitimate concerns via the RMs propaganda exercise it is foolish that the union does not take issue with the points raised - like bullying, unachievable worloads - the facts are there, so WHY not as a rule of thumb act on these concerns. RM cannot deny the problems exposed by their own policy of asking staff to have their say.Surreypostie wrote:The issues we raise year on year will be ignored and glossed over as they are year on year.
