Post by iwannanewjob »

Do we as an office have any vote at any stage on the revision we have that seems to be just getting rushed through now ?

Unfortunately there's your answer.too common nowadays is the fact that folk will moan but not take action.

Whatever the official policy may be if the members aren't vocal, snafu.

Adding a half to two thirds of a loop from a vacant duty to everyone's delivery seems to be the way to go at the moment :d'oh!

I would say stick together as an office and start on time , take breaks and use the trolleys and cut off , they can give you as much as there like but you have a finish time , it will soon change.

its same in our office , area rep came in rushed through some changes and he was out the door leaving us to pick up the mess, its not the first time its happened either. What happened to proper planning and fairness . all we get is this has to be in by next week or they will come back and take more.Ive wondered for a while now which side the union are really on.
