honoring days off
I have a holiday booked which I need what used to be my old Friday Saturday off before our revision. I now have only the Saturday. Where do I stand regarding having the Friday off as my holiday was booked before the revision?

I was on a 9 day fortnight work pattern before the revision (which they did to get rid of em). My annual leave starts on the Monday, my scheduled days off leading into it were Friday, Saturday thus giving me 10 days off. Now my work pattern has changed, my day off that week is Saturday, so I should be working Friday, but I am flying on holiday that day as I booked it when I thought it was my day off! My manager during the revision loosely said when I posed the question, that I suppose we'll have to honour it.
