bonus scheme , dont make me laugh , they have spent the last few years threatening us about the competition from tnt , now they have gone bust its all gone quiet, manager said today its only a slight increase in work. Will the courier run a headline about all that work coming back to us , i dont think so.

Incentive plan payment

CWU-grade employees will receive a payment because the profit gateway as part of the 2014-15 incentive plan was achieved. The amount will be confirmed shortly.

This will be paid in June.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

now whistl have gone bump they will scare us with amazon!
We were told Whistl were taking huge amounts of work & revenue but now its we will get a small increase in work & revenue :crazy:

How old are we talking here? Considering most canteens have been closed ,for many,many years,except mail centres, of course. Bitter? Too right I am.

Canteen? We've got a super healthy sugar laden drinks machine , with a cpl brands at near £1 a pop . Let's promote health n wellbeing , not .
