We raised this with our Dim on Monday, the answer was " we are only expecting a maximum of 1000 letters per unit."

Yesterday they got swamped each duty getting an extra three coded trays, the IPS battered. A perfect demonstration of the damage that their swindling cost cutting has actually done. Everyone failed and their is loads left in for today on top of whatever we get coming in.

Same here again today... They have cobbled together a group of idiots to go in early and prep the primary... It's worse than Christmas pressure. Lost count of the amount of mini doms that were called in for delivering duty. Most of who used their own cars..

When you say mini-doms do you mean that they are actually management-grade, or just wannabees? Because managers are allowed to use their own cars, I believe, and claim fuel too.

Think the s**t will hit the fan next week.. Big DSM has finally twigged his superstar Dom has well and truly f****d up the office and all the shite that was swept under the carpet even before whistl's crash has finally hit them in the face.

jesus our office has been really hammered the whole week, alot of angry postmen.

Looks like the situation is being played down by the upper management with the "you can cope" type of answers to our queries and i have a bad feeling nothing will actually change just our jobs are getting harder and our walks were near to impossible to complete on time even before this whistl situation and now it looks like they want us to run and somersault from door to door, on top of all the extra workload we had to deal with 3 bits of door to door.
