Well blame the dumb-assed E-USSR as it's their tripe that wants to break a natural and logical monopoly up.
So Gristl and the rest jumped on the gravy train seeing Pound signs and then realized - "s**t we're up against a massive provider with huge infrastructure worth billions developed and paid for over the years in a decreasing letters market."

Must be rejects from 'The Apprentice' running them. Investors quite sensibly reallized this and said 'ballcocks' to funding a potential disaster.

Courier will be banging on about competition in the packet or parcel market, more efficiency, more lapsing. I imagine a lot of offices would have lost deliveries / duties due to whistl. Wonder if RM will put duties back as we will now get all that work back?

Heard that 100 EVR had been agreed in Liverpool DO's as direct competition had massive impact. Looks like that's all gonna be shelved as more work coming through for the last mile.

This so called "letter" was a photocopy given to every worker they use.. handed out to them when they got to work as well.
