They went one better on mine, they printed "dog" under the numbers on some slots, makes the number pin head size, but at least you can see it says "dog" Like you remember what the fitting says when out on the street
I prepped one last week and apparently it only gets one tray of mech on its 1st wave (when everyone else usually gets 2). It also had half as many calls. It amused me how one call on that frame amounted to at least 4 or 5 calls on a standard frame.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
I hate the way that loads of the plastic dividers are broken at the base and keep on coming out! Surely they must still be making new dividers (and frames)? But all our frames were obvious old well used from other offices! And the HTCs when we went into "Methods" (I hate that description!) are the first version and again knackered not new! And the PDAs and any bags and I expect the rubber bands which break almost straight away. Is nothing new at RM!!
On a related note, sick of coming in after my day off to a mess of loose dividers, just spend 30 seconds fitting the dividers back in guys, it's not asking too much is it?

I worked with a guy (the rush and tear sort) on p&l once who not only loosened the dividers but bundled some of them up with the mail!

They're spending hundreds of thousands improving offices but there's no money for better frames - we can't even get a few dividers to replace the broken ones!

If 'improving' means cramming as many areas as possible into one office, and changing frames from mostly double slots to entirely double slots, then yeah.

I am in a sub-office out in the sticks, we have 4 large and 1 small fitting and plenty of room to make all the fittings single slots with wings and extensions, they can't or won't provide these to make the fittings better
We have 2 boxes of dividers in the corner, so they are available but no wings
How are we supposed to do the job correctly without the right equipment
