Bit of help Please

Hello,

I Was wondering if someone got the the nationally agreed performance standards for sorting anywhere? cause i been through my paperwork can't seem to find it i might've got rid of it when doing a clear up :)

Plus i had a coach today asking me if they are supposed to go over their time cause DOM told him that going over his time is included in his allowance i had a idea that they are paid to coach surely overtime is another issue am i wrong??

I have had this issue as well, ur allowance is for working time only, overtime is overtime has the coach been trained, use this email alexandera.j.dawson@royalmail.com to find out
