What's the 15% off at Post Offices all about?

On our payslips a few weeks ago (17 April payday) in the additional information box it says we can get 15% off parcels on UK and international services.

I took my payslip into a Post Office inside a WH Smith today and at first they said it's only going to work in Crown Post Offices, before eventually being told it only works on Parcelforce. So what's this all about? If it's only for Parcelforce why doesn't it say this? Royal Mail call packets parcels these days so this should either be clearer or the Post Office got it wrong. 15% off a second class small parcel only makes it £2.38 rather than £2.80, but still.

Ahhh... that perennial favourite. The operative word in use there... "Selected", it seems like that it's being applied across the board! lol

nah but it says 'all UK' and 'selected international'.

"Get 15% off all UK & selected International Parcel Services throughout May. Use the code MAY when applying online in depot by phone or at a local Post Office."
Looking at Royal Mail's current "Our prices" leaflet one might assume that a UK "Small Parcel" or "Medium Parcel" counts as "all UK & selected International Parcel Services".
