why is delivery suppliment less for hct duties

Why is the delivery supplement less for hct duties at 24/25 hours when they involve just as many points of delivery as someone on say a fulltime shift?

Part timers who work extra over their contracted hrs get extra supplement up to 39 hrs.
Nothing to do with being on an HTC duty.

Deivery supplement is on pro rata not delivery point. so if you work 30 hours and you will get about 75% of full time delivery supplement.

if thats the case,

then as postman stated the supplement should increase with OT but checking one of my slips with 10 hours sspr and weekday 1st 10 ot1 hours also the supplement is unchanged from my basic.

So should i contact payroll or is this calculated on your basic only and does not factor any ot you do?

The extra supplement is included in the sspr rate, once you hit 39 hours that rate then decreases back to the normal sspr rate

It won't say in the delivery supplement part of your payslip, it will just work itself out on overall pay. So if u compare it with a normal 39 hours employee u will be getting the same.
