Working 3 weeks 1 week off

Planners in our office at moment discussing options for working paterns, one option 3 weeks at six days and a 52 hour week, then a week off, has anyone tried,or are using this system.

I worked that system for 18 months. Loved it!! All those weeks off plus annual leave...actually started to have a life outside work without feeling tired.

MY last office worked a 4 day week, 5 days off every 3 weeks was magic. Don't fancy working 6 days a week 3 weeks running, no chance.

We do in our office and it's great, plenty of time away from there with rest weeks, leave and sickness. Our managers would love to make us go back to the old way.
