Making things clear.

Anybody heard of a document by RM called "making things clear" it came out in 2008 or has the business standard code of practice 2013 replaced making things clear? it is online as a pdf download but which one do we take notice of 2008 or 2013 they look similar.

I thought it was 2012 - but that takes precedence if there is a conflict between the 2.

I have seen this booklet (By the way the link is broke) but what I am asking "Is the Making things clear booklet now obsolete? it was done in 2008 and has the business standard code of practice now took over the making things clear booklet? surely they cannot have two booklets out which confuses one and the other?

Royal Mail has many things which contradict each other, their standard of Document Administration is very poor, as is the Unions. However, as said before both documents may still be current but if there is a conflict of advice/instruction between the two, then the Code of Business Standards takes precedence because it is newer.
