Congratulations to our colleagues at Coldstream delivery office in the Scottish Borders for clocking up an amazing two years without a single sick day.

Delivery sector manager Gary Watson credits the strong attendance to the excellent team spirit in the office, led by DOM Colin Foster.

Gary said: ‘They are an exceptional bunch with a lot of respect for each other.

‘Colin works hard to accommodate leave requests and to manage duties and workloads around any health conditions.

‘The team sees this as a two-way street and in return they schedule medical and dental appointments outside working hours. They want to come to work.’

Postman Ronnie Hill, who recently retired from Royal Mail, typifies the team attitude. In his 31 years at Coldstream he never took a day off sick.

Well done to Ronnie and the whole team at Coldstream.
