Meal relief times.

I'm on a 30 hour contract, so 6 hours a day. Does anybody know how long my break/meal relief I'm officially allowed?

There is no contractual provision in the Way Forward Agreement to split breaks of less than 40 mins, It would I imagine depend on the local situation.

There is legal provision to split it though. Legally can be split as long as theres one break at least 20 min long somewhere in the middle

So.... if you've a heavy day and are on an extended delivery which takes you over 9 hours do you get an extra 10 mins ie 50 minutes meal relief ? ? ?

Yes, meal relief is based on the hours you actually do, not just the hours you are contracted to do.

Conditioned attendances extended by overtime (or by SA on Sunday) consecutive with the beginning or end will attract additional breaks if the entitlement for the total attendance (overtime plus conditioned hours), in the table above, is greater than the breaks already scheduled during the conditioned attendance. For example, an 8 hour conditioned attendance with 4 hours overtime would attract an extra 20 minutes (i.e. 60 minus 40). In most cases, particularly if the additional break is for only 10 minutes, it should be taken between the period of overtime and the normal conditioned attendance.

What about employees who do shifts of 5.45, can they take all their 30 minutes at the end of their shift as they have not gone over the 6 hours before a break must be taken.

Legally yes. But it is against the collective agreements which also make up part of your contract
