I was on leave last week for the last of the 48 hour strike guess what?

YES you guessed right i had four days taken off me!
Got my wage slip today, Monday 15th.
spoke too my DUM, i asked him weather he could get it in my wages for this week.
Guess what?
not a chance!
So i said its your mistake.
Guess what?
he didn't give a s**t

There is 18 box of mail, flats, and packet bags from last week, when i was on leave!
GUESS WHAT?
i don't give a s**t
ha ha ha

I went in at 6.15am, had my break, got the bike out and finished on my time!

can't think of a single good reason as to why he couldn't make sure you get your money back this week. sounds like a right t**t to me.

I think that the manager has untill tuesday to inform wages what abatements or extras such as overtime, underpayment etc need to corrected from the previous week; so he can do it for this weeks wage packet!

Yep, the cut off point is Tuesday. Just like last week, when they were able to notify HRSC on Tuesday of the people who were on strike that day, so it came out of the wages all in one go

They can also authorise emergency payments into your bank account. If they notify wages on one day, the payment will be in your account the next day. Tell your DOM in writing you'll incur bank charges/suffer severe financial hardship if the money isn't there & you will hold RM personally responsible. Then get your union rep on the case if he doesn't comply.

We rang wages about this and they said they would not be authorising emergency payments! Great eh? :crazy:

I thought it was down to the manager to authorise payments & then wages process the request.
Get your union rep on the case. I don't trust anything any of the f*ckers say!

Managers do have the authority but wages just blocked it completely. An order from :cfo :lfo i bet!
