Work place coach

Can someone tell me if u were to work overtime due to coaching new employees would u be able claim overtime or does ur allowance cover this? I always thought overtime is overtime, coaching allowance is for coaching employees within ur time, any relevant documents or downloads would be greatly appreciated.

Have you received the new coach guidelines?
Should be in there or check your contract?

I heard that for an hour or so you need to claim overtime then the allowance covers this kind of thing.

if you go over then claim, you get paid to be a wpc in your contracted hours, not for free overtime

yes it makes no sense having work place coaches who make mistakes themselves . ive had neighbours post misdelivered through my door by a work place coach

Do Workplace coaches get their is it £30 every week even if they are not coaching anyone?

Coaches get the 30 quid even if they themselves make a mistake, i make loads but none are deliberate And yes you get paid the money even on rest week or holiday. The main thing to remember as a wpc is that you will get reminded of the fact you get that money on average about 10 times a day, often by the same office idiot, who had the same chance to go for the role but didnt bother
