Yes but even if not, going over half an hour or staying on after to throw them off for half an hour means 20-40 quid extra, far in excess of that time if you were being paid by RM. It's a no-brainer.

Do a third of it each day, unless you're unlucky to have a really huge round with masses of flats and houses.

We've got a mix of both, and do a third a day and get it cleared. Got back yesterday to see UKIP and LibDem material ready to go out over the next three days. 1/3rd today, 1/3 Saturday and 1/3rd Monday. Should be fun putting those in together! lol

Well that's unreasonable IMO. If you get back on time and want to work in your own time to throw election stuff off that RM aren't paying you for anyway then you should be allowed to. In fact the DIMs should be delighted as if you're carrying that they don't have to pay you if you go over.

Well just ignore Saturday if you're that way inclined and add another day to next week then. No probs there I'm sure.
Saw lots of posties in our office doing piles of election material today.. and then setting in next weeks households, before going out on delivery today!

It's 3 days for addressed stuff, unaddressed is 7 days. Addressed is easy, just put in where you're going the first day and that's around 80% of it gone without any extra calls.

As a driver in a shared van I agreed with my partner to get everything in the frame on Tuesday.Three households and a total of 1590 poll cards and leaflets.We went out an hour late and finished an hour and a half over delivery time.Earnt around £100 each.
Our rounds are about 4 hours 15 mins.usually ,and we have a total of 959 drops.
