Business Plan Proposal

Ive just been given our annual business savings proposal, for an office that all previous managers have stated we need re-investment rather than reduction in hours.
The proposal says all town walks go from f/t to p/t and 3 rural deliveries absorbed using pegasus/georoute.
I pity the manager he will be delivering mail until midnight with these kind of proposals, cause the staff
only work there allotted hours.

locally Union Reps should not be recognising local business plans, only nationally agreed savings are recognised. Pegasus is an un-agreed work tool at the moment. I think somebody needs to speak to an area Rep and put in a stage 1 disagreement.
