accused of mail theft, delay. clinical depression

hi, i av fact finding about mail found in my car and home. i have diagnosed clinical depression \ mail was only in car cos manager(s) asked, short of vans. my life is crap, i go work, pick up what i see in car and throw it in a pile. more than once i've tried to end it, though apparently i have strong tolerance to valium and 150 x 10mg pills aint enough....routine traffic stop cos of space saver tyre...my job is all i have....dunno what to do

As you describe your symptoms perhaps you shouldn't have been working at this point and should have taken sick leave. I'm afraid there's no defence for taking mail home nor having it in your car. You say the managers asked you to use your car, which is a definite NO if your office has had the revision under 2010. You could speak to the union to try to defend your actions on ill health but I wouldn't hold out much hope. You don't say how much mail was found nor the time scale it hadn't been delivered.

even if only for someone to talk to Today, Tomorrow though you need to see your DOM / Rep and explain what you put in here and then go and see your Doctor (don't take no appointments for an answer, ask for an emergency appointment).

sort yourself out first if you can, then worry about work.
