How many off sick?

For some time now I have been thinking that walks of 4 to 5 hours are unreasonable, especially with the rubbish footwear provided. Personally I am quite fit, cycle, go to the gym etc but on the rare occasion that I do P & L or HCT duties ( I do rurals and firms mostly) my feet are buggered. There must be a dozen people in our office who are off with bad knees, feet etc. Is this general? Without identifying yourselves, do you know how many in your office are off or on light duties for this sort of problem?

In an office of say 200 staff id would estimate 10 off due to sickness and maybe 6 off due to work related stress.

we've just had one come back from 10 weeks off with a foot injury, and another has just had a week off sick with a foot injury, while the rest of the office pop paracetemol and ibuprofen as if they were orange Smarties.

same in the office I work in bad backs, knees and feet all over the office and work related stress .myself I have bad feet and just saw a foot doc and had some insoles made for me bliss now but I am thinking of not working my rest day getting to much over 50 now.

Out of aN office of sixty odd walks, I wear orthotics for my foot problems, one lad just came back on light duties due to ongoing back problems, another guy might be getting IHR due to a bone in his foot that won't heal. Another just came back after being off for months with stress whilst there are another couple off sick but causes are unknown to me. Been bringing in lads from another ofice to help out.
