The new business plan as got rid of 1 in 4 and 1 in 5 Saturdays off ,all staff back on a rotating day off it was signed off by a new inexperienced rep can this be right

Your office should of had various meetings with management and union and a vote on it. :neutral:
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Boss come out singing and dancing this afternoon saying new business plan has been signed off. First we knew about it

postmans right, you're office should have had meetings and then put to a vote. get in touch with the branch and if you don't get satisfaction there go further. hq if necessary.
