IPS and PREP rates

Post by Spy »

Are there agreed sorting and prepping rates with the CWU.

Our DOM has printed off and stuck these " AGREED RATES " onto the IPS frames.

I believe these exist but i'm not sure where to look.

Pretty sure its just the 1 minute test...try the search function with 1 minute test-26 items a minute into an empty frame.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

1 minute prep test on an EMPTY frame is the only agreed test.
If you fail, they have to re-train you. :chuckle

It's not even a real performance test since there's no accuracy aspect to the test.
Way back in ye olden days we had real standards lol, I think they done away with the accuracy part because to be honest who was going to check IPS accuracy, not a linol who couldn't't find his ass with a map that's for sure.
