Been seeing more and more of these Chinese packets with 'no tracking' written above or under the barcode, most of them don't bring up a correct 13 digit code.
The packet I had yesterday had the same, except there was a correct 13 digit code ending in YW printed down by the customs description.
What's the situation with this are they purposely trying to evade proof of delivery?

It seems like a lot of effort printing all those bags in order to possibly reclaim some postage before RM sees through the scam.
After all. you have already seen through it.
As a seller, proof of delivery is the most important thing.

They seem to have gone full circle,from giving out one tracking number to multiple buyers,now it's the don't scan thing.

I don't care what it says, if there is a barcode that scans then I scan it and follow the instructions on the PDA.
