What do you do if vrs have already been signed off without a proper plan in place?

I know, but I don't know what to do to set things right. It's a right mess, and I don't know what to do for the best. Maybe I just have to try and make the best of a bad situation and make sure it doesn't happen again

Don't roll over. If the national agreement has been broken, contact the area rep and inform Moya.

My main concern is for the people who have accepted the vrs. It would be bad news if they had them retracted. And it was actually the area rep who signed them off, as we had no unit rep in the office at the time

Just because the postie has accepted, does not mean the VR has gone through. Are you sure they have been signed off ?
I would be amazed if an area rep has signed off a VR without first making sure a business plan has been put together.

They have been signed off. I just want advice as to whether I should rock the boat and risk them losing out, or what? I know agreement has been broken and procedures not followed, but ultimately it means that five senior men are happy to get out, and to be honest, a couple of them are more than ready for their retirement

I'm afraid, if they have signed the acceptance form, then it is already too late, as it is now legal binding.
