Hi there wondering if anyone can help me out I've been temp full time for just under 3 years now and in 6 month time I've been told I could be reverted to part time I was wondering what are the time limits where it has to become permanent, my Union rep has told me that although the business states it's 2 years they would argue I was only temp full time to cope with the rationilastion of two mail centres inter grating into ours. this integration happened 2 years ago so I believe it's an excuse and they are trying to pull the wool over my eyes any help would be much appreciated on what my next move should be thanks!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
