Heard today that we will not be payed for any election material this year and has been agreed with the Union.

Can anyone clarify if this is true?

No, it is not true and you will be paid for all election material.

There are 2 items where you will not receive a payment, they are:

1: Postal election forms.
2: D2D items (that look like election material, but in fact are not) in other words the D2D are not for a individual campaigning.

Anytime between now and 7 May.

Unaddressed leaflets being 7 days and addressed being 3 days most of them will be in the week leading up to the vote.

Some may start about 2 weeks before but that unlikely.

Poll cards probably after Easter, but anytime up to 2 weeks before the actual vote.

Yes - The union are delivering them. Ha Ha - all the union bods I have seen are way too overweight from all the jollies they go on, to deliver anything.
