HI, a workmate of mine has been told by our dom and rep that the reason he has not had a saturday off in 7 months is because they have included the saturdays in his annual holiday as part off his 1 in 6 entitlement,has any body else come across this, i'm sure royal mail make it up as they go along, cheers

Yeah seems like they're bullshitting him to me. Even if your mate is a cover he should still get the occasional Saturday off. See if this has been the case with your colleagues, if not it looks like your rep is sucking on satans cock and needs booting out

Yeah but as we know that is rarely adhered to. If the guy was a cover he would 'occasionally' cover a walk that was due a Saturday off as per rota and get it.

He is holiday cover, but every time he get's a walk with the sat off they change it to another day during the week
