attendance standard 2013 ?

hi has anybody got the latest attendance standard download for 2015,i have 2013 which reads 4 absences or 14 days in a 12 month period,have royal mail changed/altered this since 2013, or is it still the same,cheers.

I maybe being a bit thick here but can anyone clarify this. I am reading this a 4 sick days in a row or 14 odd days over 12 months. Would this be correct? Cheers

14 days or 4 absences in any 6 month period

An individual day is one absence, do that 4 times and it is 4 absences. 6 days, 4 days, 2 days is 3 absences or 12 days and you are ok. Silly system really as there are probably people who abuse it and take it as extra time off, just my opinion, but if you are unlucky enough to have 4 individual days off over a period you are in trouble.
