scotland1 is correct. If they came with a D2D control sheet, already sorted to walks and with a contract number on the box then they are D2Ds not election material. The Election Material stuff we do get paid for is different and is free for the political parties, isn't walk sorted, has a different control sheet and no contract number.
They are in effect 2 entirely different things.
