Have been offered VR, have seen the figure I will get in an email and have been told that I have only 3 days to decide if I want to take up the offer. Can anyone please advice me as to what the official timeline for such matters is.
It's pretty urgent.

im a rep not sure there is any official timeline but i do know that they currently want all VR done by end of tax year before the taxman swollows the dosh they have set aside hence why they want your answer asap.

We were given figures as well but 1 guy said he wanted 2 weeks, he took 9 days, but that could just be our office though

There is an agreed process that managers must follow , its part of the MTSF agreement . ask your rep or local branch to advise you in this matter it has to be handled in a confidential and sensitive manner
