Scheduled attendance holiday pay?
I do 3 hours scheduled attendance every week (Monday) which is not part of my 39 hours a week duty, but is "overtime" (collections). If I am off on a weeks holiday, am I entitled to get this SA in my holiday pay? Someone brought this to my attention recently, but isn't sure if this is correct. I would appreciate any advice from my learned colleagues.

Re: Scheduled attendance holiday pay?
So I do 10 hours scheduled attendance overtime once every 4 to 5 weeks and I have not received a penny , should I have been paid when I was on annual leave , I thought this was replacing the 2 payments we used to get in May and August but when I tried mentioning it to my union rep he was unsure if I was entitled to anything , could somebody please explain how I would go about getting any money I am owed,

Re: Scheduled attendance holiday pay?
in our office the manager gives you a percentage of your last 4 weeks schedule attendance this replaced the 2 lump sums bonus that you used to get but I had to tell him to put it tthrough the week I came back

The last date we got the lump sum schedule attendance payment was Friday 9th August 2013philip spiby wrote:Does anybody know the last date we got the lump sum schedule attendance payment which used to be paid in May and August. The exact date that is,
but I don't know if that and the May 2013 payment covered the twelve months to the previous April ( tax year end, pay rise date ), to that actual August or to another date.
