just wondering what is the higher management grades in order does it start dm4 dm3 cheers

Not definitive but a fair(ish) stab would be:

Higher Manager usually SB9 and above (sometimes termed as senior salaried).

Middle Manager - ML/MS1-2

Junior Manager - ML/MS5-3

Quite often, as in all things RM, the grade does not reflect the responsibilities or complexities of the position and there are a lot of Managerial Graded Staff who are not even Managers but are CMA represented.

It's not a union, paying CMA membership fees is like giving money to charity, a very bad charity that does f**k all but line its own pockets, then laughs at you starving while eating an expensive lunch, that kind of thing.

its a union that managers pay into now I could not give a flying f..k what they do but members pay their dues so are entitled to the same representation as anyone else who pays their dues and sometimes like what you quote just like the cwu.
